I think I may have figured it out! Hope this works!!!
Before P90X and 1 1/2 months into P90X. AND yes that is my arm!0 -
bottlebop1979 that gives me such hope! I had to have an emergency c-section with my 2nd child and I despise the way my stomach looks! I kept telling my husband I wanted to give P90X a try once I get into better shape and my knees can handle all that impact. Now I know I have to try it out!! You look amazing!0

After 3 c-sections I resigned myself to the fact that the pooch (pouch?)...was never going away. Great to see your pics...gives me some hope that I may actually be able to do something about it.0

ok so i do not have kids and am not planning to have one any time soon but let me begin by saying ladies you are phenominal...
and now my question... should i go for a Csec or a natural birth when i do? How would each affect my body and which one would leave lesser marks???0 -
paruls just watch your weight and that will mean your body won't have so much to do to get back in shape. Underwater delivery at home is my choice, I'm relaxed in water and I'd choose a good home midwife over a doctor and hospital any day! Depends what you are comfortable with though and what facilites are available. I had my first in a hospital birth pool after induction and that was a good birth too. I'd never choose a section, except in a real emergency.0

:noway: C sections should only be done if medically necessary. Wear stretch marks proudly!0 -

C-sections should be for emergencies not optional. It's much harder to recover from and your body is totally designed to have children the natural way. I had mine in a hospital and almost ended in a C-section. It was hard enough to deal with my son as a newborn without my abdomen being cut open. If you can try for natural.
I'm Really trying to lose my baby pooch, but I have a LONG way to go. You girls are very inspirational.0 -

I disagree and think it depends on the person. I chose to have a c-section and I'm glad I did. Everything went great and I was out of the hospital in less than 3 days.0
