Thanks!! My knee bothered me during month 1 but hasn't bothered me in month 2 of Insanity but now that I'm trying to mix in some running again cuz I realized how much I missed it, I'm getting a stupid sharp pain at about the 1.5 mile mark0 -

Today I swam 1.5 miles...jogged/walked 6 miles...biked 5 miles.
I also completed day 1 of week 7 of C25k and I'm do happy because I had to redo this day but finally got it done!
Almost 1/2 way to goal...woohoo

Used mapmywalk.com to map my lunch time walk to make sure I was walking a mile it's actually 1.14miles and then timed it. So know I can more accurately track how fast I am walking!
