Hi, going to join the challenge, but I am going to start at 2,000 calories a week, just had c4-c5 surgery, so i need to start out low and work my way up as my doctor allows it. You are doing GREAT! You still have 4 days to burn 1875 calories which is VERY doable. Can you increase your workouts by 20 mins the next 4 days? If so that will bring you closer to your 3000 calorie goal. Remember the objective is to push YOURSELF and not to compare yourself to others. Some of us have been working out for a while, used to be former athletes or like me JUST INSANE LOL...not really but I am doing a challenge wherein I need to burn 5000 calories a week which is a PUSH for me. Just keep pushing yourself and add in little 10-20 min workouts where you can. GREAT WORK SO FAR!
Love the support offered here and I totally agree! It takes a lot of work and time to burn those high levels (I know, I used to!) so don't worry or compare yourself to others. This challenge is about setting a goal that works for you and celebrating when you reach it. You're getting moving every day and that's wonderful - you can still reach 3,000. Try and if you don't make it, no biggie, try again next week! :happy:
