    Goal=3500 cals Running total=2180 burned so far

    Monday: Body Attack aerobic class/plyometrics (60 min., 350 cals); Rowing machine (15 min, 100 cals)
    Total=450 cals
    Tuesday: Spinning (55 min., 380 cals); Pilates, tai chi, and yoga (60 min, 150 cals)
    Total=530 cals
    Wednesday: 4.1 mile run (45 min., 470 cals); warm-up/cool-down walking 10 min., 30 cals); rowing machine (10 min., 50 cals)
    Total=550 cals (don't know how to calculate cal burn for lifting...)

    20 mins walking!! Other minor workouts like
    rope jumping, aerobics!!

    Tue: 905 calories burnt with 45 mins Jogging!!
    30 mins cricket!! 20 mins walking!! Other
    minor workouts like rope jumping, aerobics!!

    Wed: 970 calories burnt with 50 mins
    Jogging!! Cricket, walking and few other minor
    work outs!!

    Thu: burned 641 calories doing 82 minutes of
    cardio exercises, including "Running (jogging),
    in place"

    Fri: burned 801 calories doing 60 mins jogging
    and etc.

    Hi, going to join the challenge, but I am going to start at 2,000 calories a week, just had c4-c5 surgery, so i need to start out low and work my way up as my doctor allows it. Will start tracking here on monday. Thank you for this challenge need a goal and a little support. Add me as a friend, need all the support I can get.

    You are doing GREAT! You still have 4 days to burn 1875 calories which is VERY doable. Can you increase your workouts by 20 mins the next 4 days? If so that will bring you closer to your 3000 calorie goal. Remember the objective is to push YOURSELF and not to compare yourself to others. Some of us have been working out for a while, used to be former athletes or like me JUST INSANE LOL...not really but I am doing a challenge wherein I need to burn 5000 calories a week which is a PUSH for me. Just keep pushing yourself and add in little 10-20 min workouts where you can. GREAT WORK SO FAR!

    Love the support offered here and I totally agree! It takes a lot of work and time to burn those high levels (I know, I used to!) so don't worry or compare yourself to others. This challenge is about setting a goal that works for you and celebrating when you reach it. You're getting moving every day and that's wonderful - you can still reach 3,000. Try and if you don't make it, no biggie, try again next week! :happy:

    You guys are great!! Thanks so much for the motivation :) it means tons! i upped it a bit today and i'm going to try real hard to meet the 775 that i have left tomorrow! I've only been working out for like a week and a half and need to realize that i am a beginner and every little bit counts!
