I'm in too!
Did one round last september and had amazing results! You do have to watch your diet and if you can do some (any) cardio on top of it you'll see even better results!
Can't wait to hear all about it on Monday!
I know I can't wait! I took my measurements already. I think I'm going to do the 30 DS twice a day and run 2-3 a week with that. I heard the more you do it the better results. I'm happy to have a support group!0 -

I'm on day 3 today. Today was a real struggle, I'm so sore.
I'll post my measurements tonight, I need to buy a new tape measure.
I have put on about 3lbs in 3 days, but I'm assuming it's my muscles retaining the water and I also ate really badly last week.
I hate the anterior raises, I have to alternate weights for those! How is everybody else getting on?0 -

I'm in!! I just went to level 2 last week but kind of slacked this week. I'll start back up and alternate with you guys on Monday. i have been taking measurements and see a few inches lost I didn't do pics yet but I will.
Hope everyone the best. It really is kick butt good Hard but love it!!0 -
I started on April 2nd. After day 6 I already felt stronger and could see and feel a difference in my body! I started level 2 today, and it is much harder than level 1. I can't wait to finish and see the end results!!
I started level two last week. I found a few things harder but some from level one harder than level two. The BIGGEST thing that kicks my butt are the squats where we do the V lifts with our arms. OMGSH!!! That kills my arms LOL.0 -
I did it in Jan and was doing great but stalled at day 27. Have been toying with the idea of starting again and this thread is motivating me to bite the bullet and do it. I'm about 20lbs lighter now and think I would really see changes if I did it again. Good luck everyone0

I'd like to do this with you all! I did it for the first time on Friday, and have been super sore ever since. I attempted to work through the sore muscles yesterday but couldn't hack it. Told myself i'd begin again on Monday so this is kind of perfect. Speaking of, anybody know how to remedy sore muscles or work through them without putting to much of a strain on them. I wanted to do it daily or at least consecutively for a few days at a time and didn't expect to get as sore as i did! Any help would be appreciated!0

One thing someone told me, which I don't know why I didn't think of this. Is to do smaller moves. The BIGGEST problem I had was I'm all or nothing. I do it all the way and do it to the best of my ability. And then I cant move for the next 3 or 4 days LOL. So my biggest problem was the lunges. So I modified them and did them smaller and not as deep. That really did make the difference. I went a little bigger and deeper as I went on and it went much much better that way. Just keep that in mind.0 -
I am on day 3 of the 30 day shred (acutally day 5 but I had to take 2 days off after day 1 bc I was so stinkin sore) I would love to join your group!0

Besides the DVD, what other items are needed for the 30 day shred?
You need some hand weights (I have 3lb ones) and a mat if you are working out on a hard floor0 -

Hi @Teri,
When I used to do the 30d Shred, I'd put down 22 minutes of circuit training, no rest.
And I'm in! 16-Apr-2012 is a great day for me to start. I've been meaning to start up again; I need to really kick-start my exercising.0 -
count me in! I need to get a tape measure this weekend.0
