I need a little jump start and accountability this week so count me in as well. I don't exercise until after work - so I will post tonight but my goal for the week 3,500. If I get up to 5,000 I am going to treat myself to a new pair of running shoes.0

I was so excited to begin this challenge and got off to a great start. Then, I injured my foot, so my walking came to a swift end. I am having surgery a week from today...what a challenge. Never fear! I said to myself. I will do Pilates Exercises until I am healed! So, I went online to see how many calories I can burn doing Pilates. Here is my program for myself...
Monday: Pilates for 50 minutes, burning 292 calories
Tuesday: Pilates for 50 minutes, burning 292 calories
Wednesday: Pilates for 50 minutes burning 292 calories
Thursday: Pilates for 50 minutes, burning 292 calories
Friday: Pilates for 50 minutes, burning 292 calories
Total: 1,460 calories in 5 days
I understand this does not meet the standards for our challenge, however, I am newer to My Fitness Pal, getting back to a work out program and meeting any kind of a challenge. Baby steps right?0
