I don't drink sodas anymore that is the only thing I gave up0

Cereal at night! Never for breakfast. Bedtime cereal eater here.0

I gave up soda, mixed alcoholic drinks and wine. I am trying to eat less of bread, pasta, rice and cheese. But it's hard because they are my favorite.0

I haven't given up anything. Everything in moderation.0

I cannot give up anything. But I have no problem with other people giving up stuff. More for me.0

hmmm... I don't think I've given up anything. I've not had things at the moment, but doesn't mean I've given them up for good.
Me too. If I want something I either eat less of it or move more to accommodate it!0 -

hot wings :P0

hey if you buy lite ranch dressing it's only like 30cals per tablespoon and it doesn't taste much different in my opinion.
Beats the 100+ cals lol0 -
Definitely bread but I found a cheat. I got a recipe for no knead ciabatta bread and I make it quite often. It's much healthier this way and I don't even eat as much b/c I have to plan to make it due rising time.0

LOL cheese. Cheddar especially or brie. And I'm a 5 year old seriously - it's sad 3 diff people who don't know each other called me out on it. Grilled cheese, chicken nuggets and fries. I cut out fries for Lent this year and have only had it 3x so I guess that's pretty decent.0

I haven't really given anything up - if I want something - really want it - then I have it. What I have done though is to change things a bit to try and make them healthier - for instance we have fish and chips every week, but now we have oven baked cod in breadcrumbs and oven chips. So we still enjoy our treat but in a healthier way. It's a case of finding what works best for you.0

Completley agree, its just a case of moderation. Peanut butter is my biggest vice but I just contol my portions and log it.0 -
Really struggling to not eat chocolate! Arggh!0

i didn't think i was that much of a chocolate fanatic, until i went a week without it. it was all i could think about! i really was expecting my issue to be with the lack of bacon lol, but turkey bacon has been a good sub for me0
-
Biscuits I think, but then I keep making a batch at the weekend 'cause baking chills me out when im stressed, oh the irony!0
-
fresh bakery white bread. yum!!!
that being said the only things I have given up are cake & cheesecake - everything else in moderation has been working for me so far.0 -
I will not give up, I REFUSE to give up my once a week treat of pork crackling (not too much, just a few slices of) and I won't share it either! hehe.0
