      Thank you so much everyone. I welcome new friends on this journey. This is a lifestyle change and not a diet. I'm sticking here at MFP and will continue to track calories and exercise. I will slowly move closer to maintenance calories and those last 10 may budge or they may not. I will continue toning and getting lean. This has been an amazing journey on the road to excellent health.
