    Weekly Goal: 5,000 w/HRM (ok since I'm on a new kick of working out twice a day I'll need to up my goal to 7,000)

    Monday: 1,000 calories burned (53 minutes on elleptical) + 27 minutes (626 calories)
    Tuesday: 1,001 calories burned (50 minutes on elleptical) + 30 minutes (601 calories)
    Wednesday: 1,000 calories burned (50 minutes on elleptical) + 30 minutes (600 calories)

    Mon: 640 calories burned!! (stairs, elliptical, bike)
    Tues: 545 calories burned (strength training, elliptical)
    Wed: BAD day... didn't make it to gym. Had wine and key lime pie at girls night out. BAD Jennifer!
