    I'm in! This is my first week, so I'm going to go for 3500

    Mon: 535 calories in HIIT class at gym.
    Tues: 547 calories in HIIT class at gym
    Wed: 200 calories walking with my kids
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: 230 calories working in my garden
    Sat: 1113 calories working in my garden again

    I've never done this before so I'm gonna give it a try!! :) right now I'm trying to do 2000 so I think I'm going to start lower than the 3500 for my first time...

    1st week....

    Weekly Goal: 3000
    Mon: 460 (30 mins hip hop abs and 20 mins zumba)
    Tues: 385 (20 mins treadmill and 20 mins zumba)
    Wed: 280 (30 mins hip hop abs) ** so far not doin so good... :( some of you people amaze me with your 1000-2000/day!!!
    Thur: 0 :( slacker day
    Fri: 416 (30 mins treadmill and 20 mins zumba)
    Sat: 684 (20 mins treadmill, 40 mins hip hop abs, and 20 mins zumba) **woot woot! best day yet :)
    Sun: 430 (cleaning and 35 mins treadmill)

    :( didn't make it this week... but i was sooo close! i haven't been over 2000 in a week so i'm very proud of myself and next week i'm kicking this challenges butt!!

    Goal=3500 cals Just missed it...going to try this challenge again! Loved it!

    Monday: Body Attack aerobic class/plyometrics (60 min., 350 cals); Rowing machine (15 min, 100 cals)
    Total=450 cals
    Tuesday: Spinning (55 min., 380 cals); Pilates, tai chi, and yoga (60 min, 150 cals)
    Total=530 cals
    Wednesday: 4.1 mile run (45 min., 470 cals); warm-up/cool-down walking 10 min., 30 cals); rowing machine (10 min., 50 cals)
    Total=550 cals (don't know how to calculate cal burn for lifting...)
    Thursday: Spinning (50 min., 380 calories) and Yoga (60 min., 130 cals)
    Total=510 cals
    Friday: 4 mile run (42 min., 500 calories); warm-up/cool-down walking (10 min., 40 calories)
    Total=540 cals
    Saturday: 0 (boo hoo...needed sleep, so missed my spinning class)
