    Wednesday - 919 - Elliptical trainer, Zumba, weight training
    Thursday - rest -
    Friday - 218 - slow walk
    Saturday - 1685 - Treadmill with incline, elliptical trainer, weight training 2hrs total (got my HRM, I hope this is accurate)

    This will be my first time trying but i would love to give it a go :D

    Sat: 1702(262 min walking-I worked a 10hr shift on a sales floor so I logged the extra hours of walking as exercise since its outside my normal days worth)
    Sun: MOOST DEFIANTLY A REST DAY! -_- lol

    Result = I'm shattered

    First time doing it, hard to do, saturday was a real struggle. Not doing it week on week.

    Mon: 344 (walk through the woods and 20 mins zumba) ** had to edit due to last minute decision to do some zumba last night

    Sat: 630 (walk through woods and 30ds level 1)
