    Well I need to revise my WORKOUT plan to burn 1650 calories b/c I burned over 2000 doing 45 mins on the AMT, a 6 mile walk, 15 on elliptical and NROL4W w/ HIIT for 14 minutes. It was 4 hours of working out on a Sunday...WHEW I need to go to BED ASAP

    I'm in, starting out at 2,000 calories, just had surgery 5 weeks ago, need to start off slowly. Need some encouragement, please add me to your friends list. :sad:

    Tues: 368 calories burned, walking at a moderate pace for 95 minutes
    636 calories burned, general gardening for 120 minutes
    Wed: 636 calories burned, general gardening for 120 minutes
    Thur: 159 calories burned, general gardening for 30 minutes
    Fri:
    Sat: 388 calories burned, walking at a moderate pace for 100 mins
