Today will be D5L1 Im feeling great. This week Im starting to do the workout twice a day!

D4L1 done and i am definitely noticing a difference in how many of the moves I can keep up with.

Hey I started this 30day shred, last Monday so far so good, the press ups kill me, breasts jst weigh me down LOL, but im gunna keep on at it x M :-)0

I haven't been checking in, but tomorrow will be Day 4 of Level 3 for me and there's definitely a difference between now and when I started! I'm excited to be done soon. I've been pushing through every day, despite the fact that I caught a small cold last week and now have a teensy residual cough.0
