I am keeping my goal the same as last week, even though I went over about 800 calories, still want to keep it slow.
Weekly Goal: 2,000
Mon: too busy running errands and over eating :-(
Tues: burned 388 (walking 100 minutes) + burned 155 (30 minutes general gardening
Wed: burned 350 (walking 90 minutes)

Get on elleptical and put it at the highest resistance level it can go and run... I don't pay attention to anything other than that and the pain I am in (but it's a good pain). It has taken me months to get to this point and now I can't stop unless I see those numbers. Yesterday I had a "disagreement" with my husband so I did my full workout twice (I don't normally do that much).
