    CLEAN foods (no preservatives, etc), gluten free, fruits, LOTS of veggies, and proteins with a good amount of herbs and spices. LIke I ate before trying to lose weight, only much smaller portions.

    I eat "real food" most of the time- I try to follow the rule that if it has more than 5 ingredients, I don't eat it and mainly stick to fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein, and minimally processed whole grains.
