Intermittent fasting with a feed window from 11a to 7p while trying to hit macros for the day.0

CLEAN foods (no preservatives, etc), gluten free, fruits, LOTS of veggies, and proteins with a good amount of herbs and spices. LIke I ate before trying to lose weight, only much smaller portions.0

Low carb, high protein, high fiber about 1300 calories a day.0

I eat "real food" most of the time- I try to follow the rule that if it has more than 5 ingredients, I don't eat it and mainly stick to fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein, and minimally processed whole grains.0

I don't waste my cals on food I don't like. I make my veggies tasty. Also, I will be putting eggnog in my morning coffee until they stop selling it0

I grab food I think tastes good, insert it into my mouth and chew it. If I feel like I ate more than I should, I go run.0 -
I eat in moderation and try to stay as close to my calorie goal as possible , I watch everything that goes into my body I'm not perfect but I'm trying to be healthier0
