    I think you look great! Way to go! I bought the 30 day Shred... and ended up with a shin splint in my right leg on the fourth day, so I won't be doing it again. It's been almost 3 months and I'm still having pain just walking faster than usual. Such a bummer. I'm glad it's working for someone else! Awesome! Don't ever be embarassed! You're making progress!

    Did you do the program every day or five days a week as JM suggests?

    I did it every day until I felt like I needed a break. It really took me 37 days to complete if you count my breaks.

    Thank you! I did each level for roughly 10 days. It took me 37 days to finish it completely. Good luck to you! Stick with it! It is definitely worth it!

    HOLY COW! Your tummy seriously SHRANK, and your back, your legs look SO good!

    I just bought the 30 Day Shred- I did one day of it and couldnt walk for four days. I used 10 lb arm weights so maybe THAT was my problem...but I plan on starting it again this weekend!
