Not what I had today, cuz we are out of eggs, but...my usual is: 1 spear asparagus, chopped, 1/2 ounce roasted red pepper slices, 1/2 ounce roasted poblano pepper slices, sauteed in 1/2 T evoo, add 2 scrambled eggs, and cook, omelette style. Serve w/ 1 slice American cheese between 2 toaster waffles. Fairly quick, has the veggies and protein, super yummy, right around 450 calories, which is what I need to make sure I don't get stuck needing to eat 400 calories AFTER dinner. FYI, I usually net 1450 cals or so.0

Today I had an orange, a small apple, and a half cup of fiber one honey clusters cereal (no milk), and a bottle of water. Normally I would have two egg whites, an orange, and the dry cereal but we are out of eggs. It's low calorie and filling.0
