An egg on a toasted piece of Healthy Life Italian bread with a melted slice of 2% American cheese. YUM!!!0

My local pool has school sessions morning and afternoon so the adult swim is between 12-1.30 so knowing I'd be out till gone 2pm I decided to eat later than breakfast would traditionally be and have a large brunch at about 11am. So I've had moussaka style mince with lots of veg in it with cous cous.0

Protein Shake with:
* 1 scoop of ON Chocolate Peanut Butter Casein Powder,
* 1 scoop of ON 100% Natural Chocolate Whey Powder
* 1 Small Banana
* 2 Tablespoons PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
* Water
6oz. Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt with:
* 1 Tablespoon PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
* 1/2 cup Quaker Natural Granola
Good for 824 Calories, 82g of protein, 112g carbs, and 10g of fat.

Man that is a TON of protein in one sitting...I've read quite a few articles recently that your body can only effectively process 30g in a sitting/meal. I had to space my protein out more in the day and have seen better results - plus my powders last longer...0 -
I'm stuck on baking eggs in a muffin tin.
This morning I went with egg white.
Layered:
Hormel natural ham
poured in egg whites
put 1TBS real bacon bits
topped with 1 TBS shredded Parmesan cheese.
baked at 350 until set. YUM
I will be full until lunch0 -
espresso with vanilla bean protein shake (kind of a hi-protein vanilla lattee)
oikos yogurt with fresh strawberries
2 sausage links.
do you find that the protien does weird things int hot drinks? i've tried adding it to coffee before and it was a nasty texture!0 -

mon - thurs: special k cereal with semi skimmed milk, a banana, my vitamins, a cup of tea and orange juice.
Fri-Sun: 4 Biscuits, cup of tea, vitamins.0 -

Low carb yogurt, 1 cup of delicious canteloupe, an almond bar and a cup of coffee. That is a pretty big meal for me lately -- had surgery to replace a heart valve (congenital problem) 4 weeks ago today and my appetite has definitely lessened. Feeling great though -- walked 5 miles, broken up into 3 segments, yesterday on an indoor track at the Y. Life is good!0

Oo man. i was terrible this morning.. well i had actually started out just fine.. i had a medium banana and an activia yogurt. i was only going to have a cup of hot apple cider unaccompanied by any sort of carb until danished arrived at the office. *sigh*
