    Oatmeal with 1/2 gala apple sliced into it. My typical during the week breakfast

    1 cup of strawberries
    3 scrambled egg whites
    1 slice of bacon
    1 Mission carb balance tortilla
    salsa

    Same every morning, 253 calories. The bacon is Hormel already cooked, really thin!

    two fiber one chocolate chip waffles with 1 tbsp of peanut butter! YUM! :) Carbs only in the morning so I make em good!

    walmart brand slim fast .. and no im not doing the diet .. :laugh:

    its a good way to get that choc milk craving out the way and get some nutrients in .. plus i wasn't feeling much like eating food at the time

    Breakfast #1 - PB2 and chocolate shake with spinach, banana and unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    Breakfast #2 - apple cinnamon walnut oatmeal from McD's. Not my norm, but I was on the road. 12 almonds when I got to work.

    2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, my very large coffee (this is the staple of my breakfast :happy: ), and a banana!
  • a bit of fried onion, 2 oz of ham broke an egg in there and called it breakfast. And of course coffee.

    Made my body by vi shake:
    2 scoops vi powder
    4 strawberries
    5 pineapple chunks
    8 oz. unsweetened almond milk

    Then I got to school and a kid brought me a donut, damnit!!!!!! I ate the whole thing!
