    Mon: 427 Calories walking my dumb old Coonhound, Boomer.
    Tues: 1105 Calories - 6.8 miles of walking at work and again with my dog.
    Wed: 922 Calories - 5.9 miles of walking at work and the Boomtown.
    Th: 1283 Calories - 4.7 miles at work, 3.5 miles with my dog.
    Fri: 1030 Calories - 4.0 miles at work, 2.8 miles with Boomer!

    Sat: 1600 Calories! Really?

    I've spent about six hours washing and waxing our 26' Toybox. I only put in 180 minutes and it came back with 1600 Calories???

    All I know is I am tired from all the Wax On, Wax Off. Where's Johnny Lawrence? Too obscure?

    Typically with my marathon training I burn 7000 a week but I have been smacked with a sinus infection/asthma cough and it's dragging me down :-/ Trying to rest today so did not meet the goal this week but oh well...Could just be counted as my kick back week and I'll be back at it this week if this rest day helps me!
