    Weekly goal: 8000 w/HRM

    Mon: 1001 burned (elleptical 50 minutes) + 26 minutes for 500 calories
    Tues: 1000 (elleptical 50 minutes) + 1250 (elleptical for another 50 minutes and 30 minutes of situps, pushups, lunges, weights)
    Wed: 1000 (elleptical 50 minutes) + 750 (elleptical and situps, pushups, weights)
    Thurs: Kids got sick so no work out fo mom
    Fri: 1500 calories today (90 minutes on the elleptical) + 500 (elleptical 25 minutes)
    Sat: had work so no time to work out
    Sun. 500 (elleptical for 25 minutes)

    Total: 8001 ** I didn't think I would make it, but I did!

    Thursday: 412 cycling and half an hour in the cardio section of the gym
    Friday: 629 jogging, cycling and strength training
    Saturday: 747 geocaching tour with bike
    Sunday: 1 009 long nice bike trip

    Weekly Goal: 3500 - was out by 40 or so calories last week, so got to up the anti slightly!

    Mon: 964 (jog + 30DS)
    Tues: 224 (30ds)
    Wed: rest
    Thur: 976 (jog + 30ds)
    Fri: 179 (supposed "rest" day)
    Sat: 354 (30ds)
    Sun: 670 (jog + 30ds)

    Total: 3319
    Left to go: 184 (damn!)

    I'd like to blame the rain this week for a shorter jog on Sun than usual, but I should have found soemthing else to do! Try again next week ;)

    Mon: calories burned: 604 (Spinning on computrainer 60 min)

    Tues: calories burned 2200!!!! Computrainer 3hrs 4 min (40 mile rolling course ave 13.0 mph HR 148 ave) What you gotta do for a slice or two of pizza! PS .... I DIDN'T EAT THE PIZZA, IT JUST HELPED THROUGH THE LAST 10 MILES!!!

    Wed: calories burned:394 Functional training/core work 20min 180 cals, spinning on tri bike in aero position 30 min 214 cals 111HR ave)

    Thur: calories burned 0! Today was an off day, I'm not going to count the 40 min walk to the store and carrying groceries back home. I was tempted, but I'll have better energy for tomorrows run.

    Fri: calories burned:1104 Computrainer 24.86miles (40K flat course- ave 15.7mph-144 ave HR)

    Mon: 600 (strength training and cardio) -- also my HRM battery died during workout. Rather than guess, I'm just leaving it.

    Fri: 730 (49 min weight training, 11 min cardio)

    Monday: 1599 calories burned by moving heavy furniture for 3 hours (My dad is moving) and 20 min on elliptical

    Tuesday: 648 calories burned by EA Active workout on wii, walking, and coaching soccer

    Calories left for my 3000 goal is: 753

    Wednesday: 337 EA Active game on will and elliptical
    Thursday: 0 rest day
    Friday: 502 walking, coaching soccer, and EA active game on wii

    Calories burned: 3086
    I met my goal of 3000 and will try to meet 3500+ by end of the week. I still have 2 days and I am sure I will be able to get there. Thanks for this challenge!

    Saturday: 331 coaching
    Sunday: 338 walking, circuit training, and EA Active

    Total for week 3755! WOOHOO! I exceeded my goal!

    I need a huge boost like this to really kick off my weight loss after having two consecutive baby girls! But this is definitely going to be hard, considering I have two infants [a one month old and a one year old] that I take care of all on my own, so I'm going to start a little lower.
