Mine is 140 and im 149 ... i have been to 140 before and il get there again! its nice to see that I am similar to most !0

Mine's 145... Guess my frame is medium to large - I've found that if I go much lower, I tend to get sick very easily... Will also need to work on the muscle tone because it seems like even at 145, I've always wanted to lose more!0

133 which is what I weighed before marriage and 2 kids but I will be happy at 140 or under as it is coming off very slow so maybe my body does not want me to weigh less.....0

I am 5'6 1/2" and mine is 130 or 125. BUT it depends on my body fat % which I think is way more important which for right now is 25% starting off with.0

I'm a tad taller (5'8") but I'm shooting for 155. Take into consideration your age and build- I've weighed less back in my college days, but I don't have the same body as I did back then.... These curves brought a healthy baby boy into this world so I'm embracing them. Maybe focus on a size of clothing vs the numbers on a scale, I know my goal is to be a comfortable 8/10 along with feeling lean and healthy.

I am 5'7 and am at my goal weight, which is pretty much what my weight has been all my life with the exception of pregnancies and after I quit smoking: 120 pounds. Thin but wiry and kinda muscular. Vegetarian and regular walker/jogger.0

My current goal is 145, and I'm losing weight quite reasonably - and not feeling too deprived - so I may revise that and shoot for 140. When I was in my late teens, I bottomed out at 107 pounds (after surgery on my throat and couldn't eat for a month) and I looked just awful. It took a lot of eating to gain up to 120 pounds where I looked healthier.
But in my mid-forties, I think 140 is probably more realistic than 120.... :ohwell:0 -
I'm 5'6, my goal weight is 145. I'm at 147 and some people are commenting that i've lost too much - I don't agree with them - I feel good and the clothes are fitting nicely. I carry a lot of muscle weight - so I guess I may look lighter than I am.0

No, you're wrong. Sorry. I weigh 120 and am the healthiest person I know. Never sick, extremely active lifestyle with lots of exercise (cardio and strength), sleep like a baby, can work circles around people half my age. :-) Thin does NOT necessarily mean unhealthy. No matter what heavier people like to tell themselves. :-)0 -

Hi there! I'm 5'3" so not your preferred answerer, but I calculated my goal weight from what my healthy body fat % should be, using the calculator from fat2fit. Google it, it has quite a few different calculators depending on what answers you need.
Mine is supposed to be around 120lb., which seems low to me but I remember feeling pretty good at that weight, ten years and two babies ago.0 -
I'm 5'6" and my goal is 135. I am presently 141. I have been stuck on a plateau between 139-141 for a couple of months. I am a size 8, but would like to lower my body fat %.0
