I was supposed to walk/run on the treadmill today, but ended up falling asleep on the couch with my dog. I have to do activities like running or the elliptical in the morning or it's just not happening. But I am still going to exercise! Right now, I'm loading some workout videos on YouTube. I'm going to do a 20-minute upper body workout and then finish with leg exercises for about ten minutes.0

First day of p90x. So an hour or so on chest and back as well as 15 on abs. Also its Zumba night so an hour of that. Love Mondays.0
