    That is some serious walking!!! Great job!!!! I love walking and feel like I could walk forever (in nice weather of course!) Way to go!!!

    i reached the 3500 goal but didn't post...and i am ashamed to say that i kinda blew it with adding more calories back then i should have. so starting fresh this week....will be doing a workout once i get the kids to bed....tomorrow will be interesting with the tred and shed workout at the YMCA tomorrow....wonder how many cals that will be :-)

    I am keeping my goal the same as last week, even though I went over about 800 calories, still want to keep it slow.

    Weekly Goal: 2,000
    Mon: too busy running errands and over eating :-(
    Tues: burned 388 (walking 100 minutes) + burned 155 (30 minutes general gardening)
    Wed: burned 350 (walking 90 minutes) + burned 389 (120 minutes of general cleaning house)
    Thur: burned 116 (walking 30 minutes)
    Fri: nothing, wasn't feeling good
    Sat: burned 356 ( Elliptical Trainer 31 minutes)
    Sun: 0
    Total: 1754
    Left to go: 246
    Didn't make my goal this time :-(
