:yet to do any serious moving in may.

    5-1 3 miles jog/mostly walk
    5-2 rest
5/3 4 miles bike (until it broke)
    5/4 2 miles jog. .5 swim
    5/5 rest

Tons of yardwork type stuff is done. It gets happier by day, but is still needing more. dang weeds.

    Toal 9.5/150:blushing:

Haven't reported in for a few days. Just one mile walking (the dog) on Thursday, and no miles Friday (too, too busy). 8 miles on foot today: 4.5 miles walked and a 3.5-mile run. I intended to bike today, since it was supposed to be nice, but instead it was rain, rain, rain...and more rain predicted for tomorrow. :grumble: I'm lucky I have a treadmill. Perhaps setting a bicycling goal in Wisconsin in the spring time is not so smart.

Was on the eliptical machine for the first time in the new house. Not too bad. Did 7.83 miles. Maybe I will run later today if the weather will get back to normal here in Madrid.

    @ Buettner22

    To get an exercise ticker.

    Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
    Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
Pick your ticker background and icon.
On the next page you have to complete all the fields
Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
Come back here and paste it in your post.

Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.

25 miles this weekend. I walked 2 yesterday, and bike 23 this morning. I'm still a little out of shape. I told hubby( who bikes at least 4 days a week at 20-24 mph) to take it easy on me, since I haven't ridden in a while. So instead of 30, we did 23 between 16-18 mph. I wonder what he would do if I said work me hard!

Made it out before the heat. Got in 6.23 miles while pushing a stroller. Cant run real fast with a stroller. So I walked some, jogged some, and back to walking.

Adding two more miles this morning. Woo Hoo!!! Love this challenge because it motivates me to do it even though some days I don't feel like it.

I don't know about that  I can't take credit at all there.....just being a step counting - walker at this point. But this MYAC group and pals like you are keeping me moving to do my PB everyday! Thanks jonnyb62
