    I'm 5'5" and currently weight 134. I want to weight between 125-130 depending on how I look. The lowest I've weighed was 120 but I looked sickly at that weight for my figure and that was 12 years ago....I'm 35 now so I'm not seeking to be too thin anymore, just comfortable with myself and fit.

    I'm 5'5.5" The weight I've felt most comfortable at has been 111lbs, but that might change depending on if I can shrink my body at a higher weight.

    the formula. is for the first 60" (5'0") IBW is 100. Then, add 5 pounds for each inch....PLUS/MINUS 10%...so, at 5'5" your IBW would be in the range of 112 - 137. Why? Larger bone structure will lean to the 137 side and thin bone structure would lean toward 112.

    I am 5'5" and my goal weight is 160. I prefer to be a little more curvy, hour glass shape. ;c)

    I am at 171ish size 10-12 pants and L shirts. Want to be 145ish 6-7 pants M shirts.
  • I'm only 5'4" :( Haha. But I am currently between 115-117 with a goal weight of 110. It seems as though I am NEVER going to get there though :\

    LW: 95 :(

    5'5. 30 years old. current weight is 160, short term goal for 150 long term for 140. I only weighed 125 once, when I was 17 and it was because of drugs and bad choices and I looked disgusting. No desire to repeat that.

    I'm 5'5", 25 years old. I'm 136lbs.. (highest weight was 180).. my near my goal weight but maybe want to see myself get to 130.. but I'm more about inches not weight

    I'm 5'5'', 27 years old. My goal is 120-125. I was 140 when I started using this site. Two years ago I had dropped down to 125 from 160. Stress and fast food made me gain back some of the weight. :(

    I am 5 5', my start weight was 195 and my goal is 140-145, Its a long way off but hopefully by the end of the summer I will be nearly there :)

    I am 5'6" and have an athletic build so my goal is 150-155lb. I have been lower than that, but only when sick, and I had people tell me I looked too skinny, plus I couldn't maintain that!

    I am 30 years old, 5'5, and I currently weigh 156lbs. My highest weight was 169 (eeeek).
    My short term goal weight is 145lbs...
    Long Term is 135lbs.

    Although I find that I am losing more inches then weight...so I'd just be happy to be a size 6 again. Currently i am back in a size 8 (US/CDN sizes)! Woo hoo.

    at 5'5" my heaviest was 187. I am currently 170. Myu next mini goal is to be 150 but the end of summer. I'm 34 now so its not as easy to lose it as it was in my twenties...


    My Ultimate Goal Weight is 135 (with 20% body fat) and stay there.

    I'm 5'5 and at goal (116) though it moves around. When I was lifting more I was 120+ and my metabolism was cranked. I'd love to get back to that!

    I'm 23 and also 5'4" or 5'5" ish.. My starting weight was 142, my current weight is 129, and my goal is 120ish.. I originally had it set at 115 but I thought that might be too low.. So I'm aiming for 118-120 or so.

    I also want to lower my body fat percentage.. that, to me, is more important than the number on the scale going down! My starting % was 23 I think.. I have an appointment at my gym to get it measured again on May 15th, so hopefully it'll be lower then!!

    I've lost 10lbs so far but still have a long way to go. I was happy with my size at 160 but once I get there I will re-evaluate!

    I am 5'5 and currently at 138! Starting weight was over 150, goal weight is 135. Originally my goal was 140 but I still have some toning to do. I am gaining some muscle so trying to focus less on the scale and more on how my clothes fit, but I'd still love to hit 135!

    At this weight I am in sixes which I am VERY happy with.
  • My SW was 230, CW is 159, GW is between 145-148. I want to be 17%-18% body fat, instead of focusing on an actual weight. We are going to begin trying to conceive again in October, so I want a healthy body fat percentage during that time. But I also want to be able to be happy with my body and not go into my new pregnancy like my first one, eating everything and not caring about the consequences. Lord knows it is difficult enough getting rid of baby weight alone, but this time I will be over 30!

    I'm 50 years young. My goal weight (realistically) is 131. Any less than that and I start to look too skinny (read old) in the face and neck.

    I was 147 when I started on MFP and now I'm 138, which looks a lot different to 147!!

    I was only 102 when I was 18 and was eating perfectly normally but my metabolism seems to have slowed down a lot since those days. I had twins at the age of 26 and only weighed 144 at my heaviest whilst pregnant even though I carried them to 37 weeks.

    So, basically, I'm a skinny girl trying to get out of a middle-aged woman's body!!

    I'm 5'5.5'', and my current weight is 128 lbs. I think I'd be super happy at 120 ish. I'm not a very big build at all.

    Proud 5 foot 5-er here! My starting weight was 247 pounds. I have been heavy my whole life, so I wasn't sure a goal weight. So I started of with my goal weight originally at 150 then I changed it to 135 sometime ago. I'm currently at 157 and I'm thinking about changing it again to 125. =) It is nice to know that I'm only 7 pounds from my original goal weight. =)
