    I changed my goal to 5000 based on the fact that I got in 3 games of hockey today and ended up with extra cals burned. Tomorrow will be an upper body and ab workout. My legs need rest! LOL

    I know that I'm a little late joining but I have been working out the last few days and was hoping I could still joining the challenge. I find I do better keeping a goal when I'm part of a group challenge. The JM:R30- is Jillian Michael Ripped in 30 week 3 or 4 (depends on the week, it is still a workout for me and I just completed the 30 days so I'm switching between the two).

    here's what I've done so far:

    Mon: 427 (JM:R30-4, aerobics )
    Tues: 492 (aerobics, walking)
