Not a big loss but I'm really happy it is a loss. I cut back on my workouts this week. I was feeling very tired and run down so I focused on eating well. I failed miserably at getting 8 hours of sleep. My daughter didn't sleep past 4:30 any day except yesterday. It was a nice start to Mother's Day to sleep in until 5:45.0 -
Hmmmm I seem to be going backwards! Hello everyone. I'm still at it well sort of. I pulled a lower back muscle somehow last Thursday and it actually reared its ugly head Saturday night when I was trying to raise from a chair. So I have a Dr's appt today. Hopefully its nothing serious. My exercise is at a stand still for now so I have to keep an eye on my menu.

Very happy about this as I've been really good diet-wise last week. It's motivating me to keep going this week! Maybe I'll get to my next mini goal earlier than expected! :drinker:
Congrats to everyone else who lost! For the others, don't get too discouraged. Before joining this challenge, I had been on a plateau for about a month (stuck between 142-138). But I believe that if you continue and keep going, eventually your efforts will be rewarded!0 -
