    I cycled 15 miles to work today, and stopped by a local bike shop who is doing a "Bike to work week" promotion. So that would be a large muffin, a bagel with cream cheese, and a cup of coffee. And another muffin I'm saving for "fueling up" before the ride home.

    On a non-cycling day it'd be a half-cup of oatmeal and an egg, or a half bagel with cream cheese.
