Burger King bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I've been eating either Special K or oatmeal every day for the last month so I decided to treat myself to a tasty calorie loaded breakfast. :)

Yum.. but if I did it once, I'd want one every morning. Except my BEC of choice is from McDonalds .. mmmm....

    Sigh.

Bacon egg and cheese was one of the only foods I could tolerate when I was pregnant with my son, it holds a special place in my heart, lol

2 low fat waffles with 2 Tbs (each) of fat free cool whip, topped with diced strawberries and blueberries. Also, a container of low-fat strawberry yogurt.

This sounds yummy. I love whole wheat waffles, but I never know what to top them with.

2 cups of coffee w/ cream & sugar (at home), a sandwich thin w/ almond butter and half a banana and a strawberry Greek yogurt once I got to work! I usually stick to eggs, ham and cheese on an English muffin but I'm trying to bring by breakfast instead of buying it.

I had almost the exact same thing, only w/ yogurt too
  • 8 oz 2% cottage cheese, 4 oz diced peaches, and 1/2 banana... I usually have a diet pepsi too, but my new trainer said he would rather I drink lighter fluid!
