Strawberry slimfast shake with half a banana blended in. The banana makes it a bit more filling and better tasting.
Anyone else gag on any type of shakes? I just shoot them back and try not to gag on myself.0 -

My breakfast every day is 30g Oats made up with 3/4 cup water, then when cooked, eat it with either 30g berries and 1/2 banana - or just 60g berries - with 50ml skimmed milk onit and have 50ml juice to drink. Just 168 cals but keeps me going until lunch....0

Why eat them? There's so much sugar in those Slimfast shakes, anyway. Why not make your own or find a breakfast you actually like?0 -
