    Oatmeal with apricot preserves and fat-free vanilla creamer. Tried it last night for dinner (lol poor), and I loved it so much I had it again today.

    I had a slice of Pepperidge Farm Honey & Dark Swirl Whole Wheat bread topped with a hard boiled egg mixed with a little mayo, mustard, salt & pepper :)

    2 eggs, 4 slices of morningstar farms "bacon", high fiber tortilla. 340 calories, 10 net carbs, 9 fiber....then I went and worked out and burnt 500 calories :)

    What I call my Zippy Green Smoothie -- hoooo boy is it a wakeup call.

    1/4 avocado
    1/2 cup frozen spinach (I throw it in still frozen)
    1 scoop Greens Superfood powder
    1 scoop Whey Factor vanilla powder
    2 T coconut vinegar
    1 T fresh lime juice

    It's less than 200 calories and makes me feel amazing!

    Strawberry slimfast shake with half a banana blended in. The banana makes it a bit more filling and better tasting.
    Anyone else gag on any type of shakes? I just shoot them back and try not to gag on myself.

    Woke up at 4:30am, didn't eat until 7:00am, so tomorrow upon waking I will drink a protein shake.

    4 egg whites + 1 whole egg w/ 2 pieces of turkey cut up and 1 slice of kraft cheese
    4 pieces of turkey bacon
