    peanut butter on Ancient Grains bread, small banana... and, because I haven't had any in a week - small Timmy's double-double... my stomach is already mad at me for the coffee.

    to drink some unsweetened almond milk blended with 1/2 banana and chocolate powder

    under 400 calories and I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Had the left overs at morning break.

    I like a heavier, carb-laden breakfast...

    1 bowl Honey Bunches of Oats w. pecan clusters cereal w. 1/2 c. skim moo (pitched leftover milk)
    2 slices cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread toast (whole sprouted grain, no flour?)
    2 tsp. Smart Balance
    2 cups coffee w. 1 T. vanilla creamer per cup (cannot give up my creamer, sorry) :)

    I would cut out the shake and make your own breakfast - if you don't like the taste then it's not worth having. Better eating proper food as when you need to maintain rather than lose weight it will be easier for you body to adapt.

    05/17/2012 Breakfast: BIG Protein boost after my workout! 12oz oven roasted chicken breast, sauteed red bell peppers, broccoli in a little butter, light mozzarella on top. A savory mushroom-gravy on top of the chicken

    Lunch: Cornish Game Hen stuffed with a five-cheese blend and roasted eggplant with a nice garden salad.

    Dinner: Who the hell knows, I think I might just do classic BLT's... I havent had that in EONS!

    Before 5a workout: one wasa hearty crispbread, one wedge of laughing cow queso. After workout: 1/2 cup of kashi go lean, 1/4 cup of light vanilla soy milk and a 1/2 cup of strawberries sweetened with one packet of truvia!
