If I'm truly hungry, and not bored, I'll have a small apple...usually that doesn't even equal 90 calories, so I'm still under for the day.
As for not eating after a certain time of night, with my varied work schedule and occasional long hours (15-18 hour days), i don't obey that rule, but I am smart. If its 11pm, and I know I will be at work and busy for the next couple hours, and I'm hungry, I'll snack on some cut veggie, fruit, string cheese, that sort of stuff. While some people down crazy huge meals, I just try not too (try being the ultimate word).
Also, tea or decaf coffee works wonders. Totally quells nightly hunger pangs.0 -
90 calories? Usually nothing.. BUT, if you really need to, some type of fruit is great.0

I take non-fat milk preferred hot then a small size of bread. I found this every effective you can check what it says (http://gmdiets.com/reviews/a-personalized-diet-for-you/)here. My best friend tried this a week ago and it did well with her, now i am doing it also0

Like 6 crackers...really salty ones. Or maybe that's just me.0

The pillow--My body always thinks it's hungry after 9pm. What my body really is--is tired. I do my best to go to bed and get a good night's sleep.0
-
i would rip your arm off and beat you with it if i could get a no-effort 90 calories right now. and I'd eat popcorn...2 tbsp unpopped0
-
Nothing. But if I'm feeling munchy, I'd grab 2 clementines.0

- A single-serving chocolate cake, microwaved in a mug: 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp splenda, 2 tbsp any milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp baking powder. I add frozen berries to it as well.
- Frozen berries with splenda and cinnamon
- 1 yves tofu dog and some spinach with balsamic
- A baked apple
- A zucchini sliced like fries and baked with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and salt and pepper
Or I check this list of 88 snacks under 100 calories: http://another-wannabe-skinny-girl.tumblr.com/post/22167305076/matchstickmolly-mini-pb-f-one-fig-newton0 -
I work a weird all day shift 9-9, so I know what your going through. Usually I just have a couple stocks of celery with additives (if savory mood- ranch, but if sweet either low fat strawberry cream cheese, low cal pb, or yogurt mix). This way your getting more water which feels you up and it burns calories if you plan on sleeping afterwards (your body takes more energy to dissolve green veggies).
Good luck and keep striving!0 -

I hate all that "don't eat after 7" bull... Not everyone is on the same schedule. Is that to say if one is used to a grave yard schedule they should basically starve? I believe in giving yourself an hour or so before bedtime for your good to settle but there is no reasoning behind the stop eating at 7 crap.
To answer the question: if Im really hungry I will just eat something and burn the calories tomorrow. It's the weekly goals that matter. If I'm just looking for a snack, prolly chocolate.0 -
Quaker has 90 calories chewy granola bars that are chocolate chip! When my kids are eating dessert and I am jealous, I just pull one of those out. I feel like I get my chocolate without regretting it later.....and my kids know that they are MINE and NOT TO EAT THEM!!
If you have flavored yogurt, that's a good idea too. Get the yoplait whips....amazingly delicious and feels like you're indulging!!0 -
Cottage Cheese with a drizzle of honey get the most for your cals!!!0
-
18 cherries (they are 5 calories each)
3/4 cup of grapes 75 calories0 -
Peppermint Tea with honey!0

if you are hungry you can eat tons of baby carrots, a medium sized apple, celery, a fiber one brownie, or a low fat string cheese. when i am in the situation i usually try to tough out the cravings and just drink water. there is nothign wrong with eating late, but i just sleep better if my tummy isn't super full0
-
oh and there are those jello pudding thigns that are only 60 cal if you are craving a sweet!! 1T of air popped popcorn is around 60 cals i think, that is also a light treat0
-
Whatever you do, don't have "just one pizza roll" ... cuz there is no such thing!
I'd just call it a day ... but if you must, reach for protein ... yogurt, cottage cheese ... umm ... a slice of bacon!0 -
protein, or if you have a sweet tooth I like those Fiber One 90 cal brownies heated up for 10 secs. It's processed food but hey, in a pinch its good.0

Snacking at night has been something I've battled with since like the beginning of time. So what do I eat? NOTHING. I'm usually done eating by 6pm.0
