  • Tropical smoothie: 1.5 cups Dole Tropical fruit blend (strawberry, banana, mango, papaya, pineapple, yes omg!!), 1/2 skim milk, 1 cup plain, nonfat greek yogurt. SO SO SO GOOD!

    I had a Muscle Milk Light (Vanilla Creme) protein shake and 2 servings of those new Tostitos Artisan (Roasted Garlic & Black Bean) chips. I figured I would have my carbs in before my morning workout.

    1 whole boiled egg, 2 egg whites boiled, 1/2 tbsp miracle whip mayonaise, 1 tsp mustard and a 2 cup mug of decaf coffee with 4 fat free tsps creamer and 3 tsps of splenda and Zesty table blend seasoning blend (salt free) on my egg mixture. :-)

    This is me experimenting with various things. This is a breakfast sandwich I made yesterday and today.

    It has:

    1 100 calorie english muffin (100 cals)
    1 slice veggy slices cheddar flavor (40 cals)
    2 large eggs (140 cals) *note using egg beaters will cut this cal count in half which I will start doing or using 1 egg instead of 2
    cajun seasoning from hell (0 cals)
    crystal hot sauce (0 cals)

    Total = 280 and awesomeness.

    A Sara Lee multi grain flat bun, spread 1TBSP Marzetti's fat free dill dip on it, 3 slices of turkey breast lunch meat and 4 slices of cucumber. Yummy!!
