I had a Muscle Milk Light (Vanilla Creme) protein shake and 2 servings of those new Tostitos Artisan (Roasted Garlic & Black Bean) chips. I figured I would have my carbs in before my morning workout.0

1 whole boiled egg, 2 egg whites boiled, 1/2 tbsp miracle whip mayonaise, 1 tsp mustard and a 2 cup mug of decaf coffee with 4 fat free tsps creamer and 3 tsps of splenda and Zesty table blend seasoning blend (salt free) on my egg mixture. :-)0
