What's you most hated exercise(s)?

Ok, so I absolutely hate burpees and press(push)-ups mainly because I find press ups really hard. Plus I just dont like them. So yeah just thought I'd see what everyone else thought...

    Currently my most hated exercise is calf raises. Such a tiny exercise. Really you wouldn't think it would cause such hatred. However, somewhere between 25-35 on my way to 50 I would rather stab myself in the eye than do one more calf raise.

    Ditto. I hate burpees, pushups, and squats. Give me anything else! haha

    I have bad shoulder joints from years of swimming, so I dislike most pressing exercises. Especially a basic military press.

    I also don't overly care for lunges, since it makes my knees ache from going down so deep.

    Any cardio on a machine. I can't stand it for some reason.

    Anything that involves weights!! I much prefer bodyweight exercise for strength training.

    BURPEES! :( I just want to throw myself down on the floor and have a tantrum when I have to do them.

    Pretty much anything you have to do on the floor (crunches, sit-ups, reverse crunches, etc.). I have a nice big curve in my back so it hurts to do most of those exercises :ohwell:

    shoulder exercises...hate em'....i have to be careful, i have a tendency to develop shoulder issues, but love the way they make my shoulders look!

    I'm a weirdo I guess cause I LOVE burpees! I have the cross country ski lunge, I find it soooo hard!

    I haven't done a burpee or a squat-thrust in a along time, but I do remember them being awesomely un-epic lol

    Working out on my stationary bike!!! It's a dinosaur from the 70's (I'm pretty sure) that I got from my parents when they bought their new one. It does the trick, but boy it sure SUX. :laugh:

  • No matter how much or how often I do cardio I will always dread it. It's just bland to me. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stop doing it though :)

    circle slash on the burpees. lunges kill my knees but I have gotten better at the squats. push ups ... grrrrr. I can do 'girl' push ups and incline but just can not get the military push ups ...

    i have a DVD with 'turkish' sit ups... anybody know what this is!? can't do it- that's for teenagers, forget it

    There are none that I really hate right now... Of course, for now I am doing machine strength training rather than traditional lunges and such. My knee and shoulder bother me sometimes so I am cautious about those press exercises and leg extensions.

    just plain push up's. I guess I'm not doing them right cuz my abs hurt more than my arms after and the bf chuckles every time I try one. :ohwell:

    Weights I dont really know why. Maybe im just intimated by them becouse theirs so many different choices and excercises of course that being said I guess I can understand why some ppl like them.

    crunches. hate them. won't do them. they make me nauseous. hoping i can accomplish enough with plants which i don't mind at all.
