    Planks - They didn't used to be so bad, but now that I can hold them forever, everything beyond 1 minute just makes me hate life, the universe, and everything.

    High rep squats - Enough reps that you get out of breath too as you go. Just straight up torture.

    Ok, so I absolutely hate burpees and press(push)-ups mainly because I find press ups really hard. Plus I just dont like them. So yeah just thought I'd see what everyone else thought...

    Ditto.... I HATE burpees !!! and don't get me started on push-ups! And the funny thing is.... if we only did these and nothing else, because we are using our own body weight, the results are wonderful.... (sigh).....

    i absolutely hate lunges.

    but i hate them even more with forward and backward lunges, WITH a curl and overhead press.

    Those anterior side lunge raise things in the 30 Day Shred. Those are a b*tch!!!!

    Those are incredibly evil! But the worst is push ups combined with squat and press, urgh!!!

    I hate working out inside!!!! It puts me in a bad mood.......I also hate working out in the morning!!! But I love sqauts and burpees:)

    A burpee is one of the most horrible forms of excersice there is jump in the air bend down kick your feet out behind you bring them back and do it all over again.

    Absolutely positively HATE pushups! I can only do about 5 and thats doing cheater push-ups (on knees)! Man they make me feel like such a loser lol!!

    Cardio. I find it boring. It doesn't have a quick enough change of pace for me. It's gotten better now that I incorporated HIIT into it. But I still hate it.
