    I also just got my polar ft7 yesterday. I didn't realize how low my calorie burned guesses were. Turns out I burn 50 more calorie than I thought doing 30DS, burning 100 more calories more than I thought I did walking my dog, so am going to see how off my elliptical guesses were later on.
