Defitnately missed my goal of 4000 this week. Tbs. I'm in for next week. Assuming thins are back to normal, I'm in for 4000 for next week.0

I also just got my polar ft7 yesterday. I didn't realize how low my calorie burned guesses were. Turns out I burn 50 more calorie than I thought doing 30DS, burning 100 more calories more than I thought I did walking my dog, so am going to see how off my elliptical guesses were later on.0 -
