Awesome - I needed that. I had a good morning and lunch but then the dreaded afternoon took me over and I over ate snacks, but about 2 portions of one and 1.5 portions of the other, then I said HALT. Thanks so much for your post

Thank you for the blog.... however, since I've managed to gain 40 lbs.... I guess I'm capable of eating all that junk you listed! LOL It does put into perspective the fact that slip ups are ok. Need to post on my fridge, too!!! :)

This was awesome and I SO have to remember this! I have dealt with an eating disorder for a long time and it's hard to remember in times like those that food isn't the enemy and I can recover and work hard. That it's NOT the end of the world to have one rough choice.

Sometimes I feel like I could eat that many tacos. LOL although a lot less lately (that feeling). Yay me!

How many glasses of wine? :drinker: That is where I get into trouble. Great post.

I wonder how many time you can use this logic to overcome the guilt of over eating...

As long as it's not become a habit...I guess...

Love this post. It's very important to know that a messed up day or 2 or 3 of eating ****ty foods, you can easily get back on track without much harm done. The worst damage is done when you decide to continue this unhealthy path and lose hope.
