    Excellent reminder as I had my forbidden foods and sometimes you just need to cheat to get back on track! I am trying hard to hit my goal and sometimes it is not fast enough!

    Thanks so much for posting! This past week I recommitted and have been doing wonderful, but with a bridal shower coming up on Saturday I was starting to worry about undoing all the work I did this week. Thanks for reminding me that it's ok to go over every now and then. It's when it starts happening all the time when the weight creeps back on!
