Hai hai hai Im 5'3" my first goal is 150 my second goal is 130 my third goal is 115 my fourth goal is to stay at 1150

5'3.5 my first goal was 155 now my goal is 140-144..I am currently and have been in maintanence at 155 for one year.0

I am 5'2 1/2". That's almost 5'3" right? I am top heavy with wide hips. My goal is 140 and then eventually 125 - 130.0

I am 5'3" or 5'4" - Yes, sad, I don't know which really.
My goal is 115-120 as long as I am toner than now and build some muscle mass.
Sad part is my breasts and butt have shrunk as well and that's what I don't like at all about losing all this weight. =(0 -

i'm 5'4, my goal weight is 125....currently (today) 129. the last is SOOOOO freakin hard to lose, I've been stuck for some time...:explode:0

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 120 Lbs. When I first started my diet before I found MFP I weighed 240 so I have to lose half my body weight, I am down to 215, I started my diet March 31st. So far so good.0

i am 5'4 and my goal weight is 125. I think that for my height anywhere from that weight to about 140 is good. i guess it all depends on you. Your bodytype etc. I know i would be happy with 125. Good luck to everyone!0

At 5'5" I'm aiming for about 125. I'm also trying to build muscle mass and tone up so I may end up slightly higher then that when all is said and done. When I look back at pics where I was 110-115 I don't like how thin I was but it's all personal preference. You can always adjust your goal to fit your personal likes, you may find that you hit a point where you really like how you look and feel and that should be your overall goal, then you can just maintain0

Hi, I am 5'4" and my goal weight was 132. I was 150 but ended up at 121. I like the way I look and feel but my ribs do stick out and I lost at least a bra size. I am currently trying weight training to tone up a little. So hope to get back to 125 with muscle.0
