    Week 1:

    Sounds like fun. Can I use my Fitbit activity calories (i.e. not counting my BMR) as my burn total or are we looking for discrete exercises (i.e. something I get my shorts and HRM out for)?

    Assuming I can use Fitbit:


    Absolutely - just set your goal to include all your Fitbit calories (looks like you did). I use my HRM for my workouts and then Fitbit for my walking, so my BMR is not included.
