My oldest will be 27 this year. My youngest will be 23 and is a Navy veteran.

I saw the beginnings of the dreaded puppet lines around my mouth. I WILL be making an appointment this week for fillers...LOL!!

I work with people of all different ages, with many of college age. I realize although they can work with someone twice their age (me, in my 40s), I am no longer working with anyone who could be twice my age (80s or higher).

Okay there's one guy who's 80 something and will never retire, but he's an exception.

My 20 year reunion is next year.

Oh who am I kidding... I'm not old!

Though that whipper snapper we just hired who was born in 1989... how can he be old enough to be working day shift?

But I'm not old. Nope. I've still got more than half my life ahead of me.

Realizing my teen daughter has never been in a world without Google, when I remember a time when all most people knew of the Internet was Usenet and BBSes.

That, and having to explain to my teen what a "typewriter" was (she recognized the object later, just didn't know what it was called)....

Oh, and the fact that these kids that post their "swag" pictures wearing Jordan jerseys weren't even born when the Bulls owned the NBA...

And Ha, I was going to post about how the 90's weren't only 10 years ago anymore.
    Good times...

Back when I was a teen, the Boston Oldie's station would play songs from the 50's and up...Pink Cadillacs, Beach Boys, Elvis.

I heard Pearl Jam on same said station last week. Really?! I mean REALLY?!

I have a 5yr old son, I should feel young. Right? Wrong! My eldest is TWENTY! My 18yr old daughter is getting married later this year. MARRIED! Shoot me, shoot me now.

If they make me a grandmother before my 40th birthday, someone will pay.
