    WEEK 4- what what! I'm late to post as I just got back from my Belgium trip. Think I'm going to up my goal to 4,000 this week as I ate so many chocolate and beer I need a little extra push.

    Here is what I've done so far this week:

    Weekly Goal: 4,000 calories
    Mon: 651 calories burned (More than 3 hours walking all over Bruges+Brussels and lugging heavy luggage!)
    Tues: 651 calories burned (Same as above!)
    Wed: 601 calories burned (back at the gym: eliptical, hiking on treadmill, walking, 30DS)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 1903
    Left to go: 2,097

    Ok Music to get through workouts right now is all rap/pop stuff:
