Every morning before I shower. I graph daily to watch the trends.I fluctuate about 4 pounds up/down during the week. It doesn't bother me or ruin my day when the number is up. I am getting pretty good at predicting what the number will be!

I record my weight every Monday morning, but step on the scale at least once every morning, and some nights too.

I log my weight everyday at the gym. In the morning at the same time wearing the same type of clothes.
  • i've been told and read that you shouldn't every day because it fluctuates so much day to day. if the scale is there i will weigh myself multiple times a day, however, my boyfriend hides it from me until it's time for my weekly weigh in and i actually kind of prefer it that way. lol

every friday morning. sometimes I have to push myself to even do that... I get so nervous, I don't want anything to do with it. I hide it high up in the closet during the rest of the week.

3-5 mornings per week. I only log increases if they last for more than 3-4 days. I log decreases everytime I see them.

I officially weigh in once a week, on Thursday mornings, but I do hop on the scale a few more times during the week, to see if I'm on track, or how bad my weekend was.

I was stepping on the scale everyday..but it fluctuated too much. So Once a week on the same day works for me now. I have to say though..it's taking me 3weeks to see a weight loss...which is aggravating..but i will lose 3-4lbs. I just have to be patient and make the right food choices and it will eventually pay off...not as fast as I would like..but than again--i'm not consistent in exercise yet either!

Every single day sometimes more than once a day lol I am obsessed with weighing myself. I love to see how what I ate the day before effects my weight and sometimes at night after I'm done eating I like to see how much more I weigh than at the beginning of the day. I know I might be a little weight crazy.

Every couples days, pretty regularly, it really shows you where your "normal" is. My weight fluctuates about a pound and a half and I do notice a difference considering what I ate the previous day. But it's always firt thing in the morning, with no clothes on before I've eaten anything. If I forget in the morning, I don't weigh myself until the next morning, I don't want to be discouraged if it's higher than I'm used to during the day. I think consistency is important.

Every two weeks-ish. Last time I weighed myself was mid month and then again at the end of the month. I'm not really a weight watcher as much as an inch counter. My pants are so loose now so I know I'm on my way.
    PLUS!
If you're honest with your count and fitness then every two weeks when you've weighed a loss of 2 or 3 you feel awesome!!!

Everyday, I can't help myself. BUT I only log it on Fridays. I need to put the damn thing away.
  • I only step on a scale at the doctor's. I meant to weight myself yesterday at the gym but completely forgot! I don't own a scale but I am curious what my weight is.

Every morning and every night before bed. Just curious how much I gain in a day and if it's different again in the morning.

Almost everyday before I hit the shower, only log on Friday mornings though, but it's fun to see if anything has happened. This past week I've avoided the scale though, I want tomorrow to be a surprise! :D :P

Just curious how often everyone steps on the scale and why you step on it that frequently or less frequently?

Every morning I am at home. Why?
For guidance on whatever I am working on.

Every morning as soon as I get out of bed, it keeps me motivated all day. My official weigh in day is Saturday, that way I can't flub on the weekends.

every morning first thing...I know but it helps me keep my salt intake down, cause I can see when I had too much the day before!
