    Mon: and still plan to go to kickboxing class

    Thur: 325 calories burned (30DS, brisk walk)
    Fri: 270 calories burned (30DS, brisk walk)
    Sat: 854 calories burned (30DS, brisk walk, hiking, running, elliptical)
    Sun: 844 calories burned (30 DS, elliptical, hiking, and walking everywhere to see the Queen's Jubilee celebration)
