I'm 5' 1" and 154 lbs. I dropped 19 pounds since January. My next goal is to be 136. I have a long way to go and I'm being realistic be saying it will be September for that goal. I hope I can make the next goal to be 130. I will be 50 on my next birthday and I want it to be a good one. It took me three years to gain it. So, I except the challenge with myself. :devil:0

I am short too!!! Barely ever see women this short....Love it!! Been here for almost 2 years and really not making prgress. A bit lower body fat, but no weight loss. I am 39, 4'10" and 131 now. Just went back down to 1200 and eating my exercise cals.....I have been lifting heavy weights for about 6 weeks and really struggling with the diet part. You have all given me a lot to think about. I know I would be happier at higher cals!!. Now I am lifting 3 times a week (stronglifts 5X5) and doing 2 days of cardio. I am really haveing a hard time losing anything;(. Feel free to add me!0

5"1" and about 130 pounds. I'd love to be around 105-110, but that number is not compensating for muscle. I just want to slip into a body that's a little more toned.0

Wow that's awesome! When I started back in October 2010 I was 164 lbs and am currently at 146 lbs (June 2012). I got down to 143 but have stayed at 146 for a while now.
I am 5'1"!

I'm 5'2" and currently weight fluctuates b/w 125-127 lbs. Haven't been able to lose anything as yet (been on MFP since April 16). Would really like to get down to 112 lbs.
Have been experimenting with a more primal lifestyle/way of eating. Still working on cutting out sugary snacks throughout the weekends though - I'm a work in progress!
Would be great to have some motivational help to workout more than daily walks (b/w 1-2 miles).

5ft 116lbs. 1 pound from my goal of 115. My pic is what I look like now.
My biggest problem on MFP was that thought I was burning way more calories with excercise than I actually was.
Once I got my Garmin HRM that all changed I adjusted my calories and weight started flying off.0 -
I'm 5ft even looking to get in the 120s overall then I will adjust from there0

I am 5' 1/2" tall (don't forget that 1/2" and my long-term goal is to be 130 lbs or less. I need to lose about 35 lbs to reach that goal. The other day, my sweet, supportive husband made the statement, "I don't think you'll ever see 130 again." He actually did me a huge favor when he said that, because now I am more determined than EVER to prove that I CAN and WILL get there!0
