June 1 30 DS level 2 day 1
June 2 C25K week 2 day 1, walking 4.49 miles
June 3 30 DS level 2 day 2, cycling approx 1 hour -cycling lesson for 2 hrs so reckon about an hour was on bike0 -
June 1 - Walk (2 miles)
June 2 - Walk (4 miles)
June 3 - Baseball 45mins
June 4 - Run (3.6 miles), Walk (1 mile)0 -
June 1 - 45 minute run
June 2 - 50 minutes pool, 20 minutes bowling - My arm is sore. I need to stretch.
June 3 - 30 minutes tennis with Mr. Clover.
June 4 - 45 minute run,
I am on day 62 of the 100 squats for 100 days challenge.0 -

First post ever: I am going to try to do this even though I'm a little late to the party! starting tomorrow (well today now its 1:11am) I imagine that the exercises I do will be quite short and sweet to begin with as I am extremely unfit and pathetically achey and body woe-ey. However I'm going to give it a go!

June 3 - DVD - Leslie Sansone Walkaerobics 4 miles - Fat Burning Walk (45 minutes (mostly low impact with a little high mixed in) + 15 minute segment of exercises for hips, thighs and stomach)
June 4 - 15 min. back exercises & push-ups. Added 10 more extra sit-ups/crunches to the back exercises, so did 50 today.0 -
