This Chicken and Sausage Stew is based on a WW recipe. The original had beans as well but I prefer the consistency without. Other veggies would be tasty as well - celery or mushrooms, perhaps. When I make it again I will use low-sodium tomatoes and a turkey kielbasa which will lower the overall calorie count and sodium. Stewed tomatoes are a key for the flavor. I whirled them in the blender before adding. I forgot to enter the dried time in the MFP Recipe Calculator which is why it is tacked on at the end.
